Our fouders originally their own spreadsheet which extracted key information and populated the templates necessary for administering the process. This spreadsheet proved highly efficient, significantly streamlining operations. However, the we sought a more robust platform capable of producing editable word documents with consistent formatting, a feature absent in the existing spreadsheets.

Upon reviewing products available in the market, it became evident that many of them were overly comprehensive and detailed, exceeding the individual's specific requirements. It is uncommon for surveyors to handle dozens of awards within a single case, rendering the creation of such complex functionality impractical and expensive.

Additionally, we noted that the majority of surveyors typically worked independently rather than as part of larger teams. This autonomy eliminated the need for extensive intra-organizational collaboration.
